Blueberry Pie

This pie was wonderful! I added about 4 Tablespoons cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons lemon juice like one of reviews said. I brought this pie to my in-laws and everyone who was there, loved it! Will make again and again.

Mint Chicken

This chicken was really good. Although next time, I will cut the lemon by about half or so, and add at least two or three more, or more, cloves of fresh garlic. My husband and I really love garlic. Will make again however, the flavors are best in the summertime.

Lemon Thyme Rice

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This rub is great on roast chicken or even turkey (great for any poultry)! My husband and I got the idea of using a beer can roaster on the grill from his sister and brother in-law. It is very yummy! We just put it on the grill and let it cook at a low to medium temp for 2-3 hours. Turns out very juicy and flavorful! Will make/use again!

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

This was really good soup! The original recipe does not call for parsley or chopped onion so, I added some dried parsley and dehydrated onion flakes. Will make again. I gave some of this soup to my pregnant friend who had a cold and her mother. They loved it too!

Corrigan's Minestrone

This soup was excellent! My husband really liked it so much that he wants me to make it again! I used light kidney beans instead of dark ones. My dad and his girlfriend even liked it a lot. My dad went back for seconds and thirds. A good compliment to this soup is some garlic bread. Will make again.

Chicken Stuff

I am giving this four stars because I made a change...instead of cream of celery soup, we used cream of mushroom and added some red pepper flakes as well. Good flavor, will make again. Great comfort food!

Creamy Zucchini with Linguine

I made this recipe for my husband and I last night for dinner and it was really good! We both loved it. It would be good with garlic toast or bread on the side as well. It makes plenty so you have leftovers as well, enough for another meal or two. Next time we make this recipe, we will add more zucchini and more (1/3 -1/2 teaspoon)red pepper. My husband and I like things a little more zippy, not too hot however.

Microwave Chicken Parmesan/Chicken Breast Cacciato

I made this recipe for my husband and I for dinner as a surprise and we both really liked it! So much, that we had leftovers for dinner the next day and lunch another day. I baked chicken for 25 mins in a 350 degree oven and then another 10 mins after putting the sauce and cheese on top. I used a whole 15 oz can of sauce...next time I will use even more. Was not enough for leftovers.
