Crowned Beef Bake
My Mom used to make this when I was a kid. I was thrilled to find the recipe here. The only difference is that I use cream of mushroom soup instead of celery.

Cinnamon Ice Cream
Always a crowd pleaser. For a home made ice cream it's amazing. Leave it in the fridge for 2 months and it is still very easy to scoop.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Good but they didn't stay soft and chewy like advertised. I did place them in tuperware right away.
