Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue
Yup, this is how hamburger barbaque is done where I grew up in PA. Didn't know you made it another way. I use venison so I add a touch of oil when I brown the meat and extra vinegar cause my family likes it sour. Didn't know there were 'other ways' of doing it until I went to college. Manwich is gross, make your hamburger bbq this way and you'll never go back!

American Lasagna
Made with 'Katie's Mom's' modifications in another review. Came out looking and tasting like a lasagna. Used ground venison, fresh herbs and sea salt, cause it's what we have on hand. Stayed together when cut and not greasy like my own mother's. Sorry mom.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf
Good and different from the typical meatloaf. In order for this to be good, you need to use good pickle juice. If you didn't like your pickles, you won't like the loaf. Great to have yet another use for pickle juice! Will make again.
