Double Tomato Bruschetta
I never made Bruschetta before and after making this recipe, I will make it again, it wasn't that hard, but came out great. One big thing is making sure to baste the bread with olive oil when you first put it in the oven. It was really good using Mozzarella strips, instead of shredded cheese.
