Moo Shu Pork
This has become one of my familes favorites. I actually use left over pork chops to make it. I cut the meat into little strips and add it to the sauce and vegies. On occasion, I have also added a little bit of Chinese Five Spice. Wonderful recipe as written, or adjusted to your own taste.

Pixley On a Stick
I made this recipe for a pot luck and I had everyone asking me for the recipe. I will definitely be making it again. It is nice to get so many compliments on something that was so easy to make.

Molten Chocolate Cakes
This is the best recipe have have made for Molten Cakes. It is perfect for a nice romantic evening at home, and sooo easy and quick to put together, so you aren't kept away from your "date" too long.
