Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Very yummy. You really need a probe thermomator for this to turn out great. The rub is subtle but adds just enough!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
Fantastic!! I can't even remember how many times I have used this recipe and am just now getting around to rating it. I back these as directed and put into a crockpot to stay warm. I never have any of these left at the end of a party!!
