YUM! I made this for my wife and mom. We all loved it. I did a couple things different. I sauted this garlic,and I also used fresh parmesan in the filling. Instead of cutting the beast in a butterfly I took the knife from the fatter end of the beast and pushed it in and made a pocket and filled then that way. In reading other reviews I saw that there would be leftover filling so I used the rest of it to stuff Manicotti and put it in the over the last half hour of the chicken. I will be making this again, it was such a hit.
