Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
Definitely the best cookies I've made! I made the recipe as is, except I had to bake them for 12 minutes, and even then they were still soft and chewy. The chocolate part by itself is OK, but with the peanut butter chips the combination is phenomenal! I couldn't stop eating them! Will definitely be making these again.

Garlic Bread Fantastique

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
This is really great! I'm making this recipe again the next time I make a pasta dish. I had no baguette but tried it on whole wheat bread instead. Still yummy :)

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
The rosemary was overpowering. I might try making it again with a lot less rosemary.

Chocolate Revel Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
I've been making this for years and have yet to get a bad review. I add around 1/4 cup condensed milk to the oatmeal mix to make it chewier. When melting the chocolate, it is important not to get the flame up too high. Otherwise, the chocolate becomes too runny, making it very messy and impossible to cut into pieces.

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
I made this for some cupcakes and my officemates loved them! One of them actually took home the extra frosting and spread it on bread. It's not too sweet, and the sour cream left a tangy taste that nobody could put their finger on. Will definitely be making it again the next time I whip up a batch of cupcakes.
