Crustless Pumpkin Pie
This is a great pie! Easily made gluten-free. I made it for a church potluck and came home with an empty pan. I substited brown sugar and didn't put in the whole amount. I also increased the cinnamon and added cloves and nutmeg.

Foolproof Rib Roast
This made our home grown rib roast so tender-juicy on the inside and seasoning-crusty on the outside. I had great praise in my kitchen when I served this simple roast. The reheat time is perfect for adding a pan of red potatoes roasted in olive oil.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
THis was amazing! I used real maple, more garlic, toasted sesame oil, and gray poupon dijon mustard. Very good flavor, lots of layers to it. Baked in oven like some did. So juicy!!! My dad ate most of my left overs.
