I am a wife and working mother of two beautiful girls who also love to cook. Gumbo and anything on the grill! I make gumbo every Christmas. My family has told me that I could forget the turkey but the gumbo MUST be on the table! When my brother in-law told me my bbq ribs were the best he's ever had. He has long been the grill master in our family! I make the worst sweet potatoe pie on earth! I've tried and tried but they always come out terrible. My father said the pie looked real pretty but that was it!
