Pork and Potatoes
I used the thin slice chops and they were perfect. Also diced the potatoes small and they were good for the most part, a crunchy one here and there. We really like the flavor of this. It will become a staple in our house. So easy to make too, you can't beat it!

Broccoli Beef II
Loved it!!!! The marinade mixture needs to be doubled, and use less water, but it was great. Out two year old picked out all the mushrooms and meat and begged for more. This will be a regular.

Ukrainian Meat Filled Cabbage Rolls
Really good. Might be good with rice added to the meat mixture too. I just mixed the broth and sour cream together after it came out of the oven and poured it back over the rolls instead of doing that part on the stove. Have made a couple of times, will become a winter staple in our house.
