Herbed Twice-Baked Potatoes
I made this last night with my boyfriend and they turned out really well!
I made some changes to the recipes based on what past reviewers said and added some extra butter and cream cheese. I wound up using a flavoured cream cheese (chive and garlic) and added extra cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. The result was a super creamy, extremely flavourful twice baked potato!
I highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a new take on a old classic.
