Italian Style Winter Soup
Didn't end up as soup, but it was good.

Classic Vichyssoise
Tastes great, plus pretty easy to pull together. Freezes well (just reheat thoroughly and slowly). Looks good with unpeeled, red-skinned potatoes mixed in to it.

Mack's Tunaburgers
Really good when made with Bumblebee's Spicy Thai Chili seasoned medley. A bit of a kick, but it's worth it!
