Szechwan Shrimp
I love this recipe. I made it last night and my boyfriend (that I cook for everynight) is still talking about it today. It was soooo simple. I had all of the ingredients in my pantry. I added: frozen snap peas, red bel pepper, broccoli, carrots, couliflower, and I doubled the sauce because of this. Also, I would recomend using raw shrimp. It cooks quite quickly when you add them. I will be making it again this week.
