I'm currently retired. Several medical issues, but doing well. Am a Conservative, Patriotic, Christian southern 'Make Believe Chef' who totally loves to cook for my bride of 26 years and myself. Am Diabetic, and tomato products, and nuts are a no-no. Cooking for two is cool and fun!!

Rib-Eye Bison marinated with Mango chutney, Balsamic Vinegar and savory spice. Ordered Bison on Internet ($$$). All that joined my wife and I for Supper couldn't wait to find out what I had for Dessert.

Triple layer cake (totally looked like it was salvaged from the dumpster!)
