I'm crazy, but fun. I love simplicity and making things with my hands. I learned to cook from a very very young age, and love improving my techniques and learning new things. Music is the biggest thing in my life next to my love for Christ. I'm also a florist. Someday I want to write my own cookbooks. Any and everything vegetarian, vegan, or raw I cook food for a lot of touring bands who play at the venue/club I work at. One day we had a big tour coming through with 6 bands, some of which were carnivors, veggies, and vegan....so I made them the largest, most amazing meal they'de ever eaten on tour. Meat Lasagna, Sauted Veggie Lasagna, Tofu Spinach Lasagna, Vegan veggie Enchiladas, Meat Enchiladas, 3 loaves of Vegan Banana Bread, 2 Cheesecakes, and Vegan Oreo Pudding Cake. They all fought over who was going to marry me ;)
