Apple Crisp II
This is a delicious recipe. The only change I make is to decrease the brown sugar to 3/4c as the topping was a little too sweet for me. I made it several times this fall per my 5 yr old daughter's request.

Sausage Potato Casserole
My husband was skeptical when I told him I was making this recipe, but we both loved it so I have added it into our menu rotation. The only changes I made were to delete the salt and increase the cheese to 1 1/2 c, otherwise it is delicious as is.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I made this fudge for the first time today and it is both super simple and delicious. Using the recommendations in other posts, I made it with 2c of brown sugar, 1c of peanut butter and 3c of confectioners' sugar. I also lined the pan with plastic wrap, which made it slide right out. I prefer my fudge on the soft side, so I started the 2 minute boil timer when it first bubbled in the center and the consistency is perfect. This will now be my go-to peanut butter fudge recipe.
