Banana Crumb Muffins
WOW! Perfect in every way! I made these for our “bring a treat in to work” today. Everyone LOVED them! I have made these at least 10 times and each time they raved about! The only thing I do is make twice as much “crumble” and put some in the bottom of each cup cake liner and then more on top! Thank you VERY much for sharing such a FANTASTIC recipe! One thing I would like to share is that I personally never have enough ripe bananas in the house. So, I put the greener / light yellow ones in a paper bag with a whole apple and close it up. Leave it alone on my kitchen counter overnight and the next day they are ripe! The apple releases gas that ripens the bananas fast. Enjoy!!

Simple Beef Stroganoff
Need a large meal on a budget? With 3 teenage sons (eating machines), who are active in sports, I am always looking for filling meals that I can make extras of for the “I’m hungry mom” times that come so often in our house. To make my life easier, I make a lot and put into containers in the fridge for my boys. I use 3 pounds of ground chuck, 1 large onion- cook and drain. Add fresh garlic, onion salt (about 1 tsp), worstershire (1 tbl) 1 large can cream of mushroom soup (about 26oz), beef broth (about 2-3 cups depending on what pot I cook in), 2 cans mushroom pieces and simmer for about 10 min. while the egg noodles are cooking. Just before serving, I add about 1 cup sour cream to make it creamy and pour over egg noodles. I don’t care for pepper, but my boys always add pepper to it. They ask for this about every two weeks, so it’s a keeper! This makes about 12 meals – good size too! Works on our budget and fills my boys up!! Thanks for posting!

Stuffed Green Peppers I
My teenage boys LOVED these! I have 3 eating machines in my house and was needing to find a meal to use up some fresh green peppers I had that was filling. WOW! This was certainly it! I made 8 peppers and just about doubled the recipe. At first, when they saw a green pepper on their plates for dinner, they thought it was a joke...BUT My boys cleaned their plates and had more later after baseball! I did add cheese to the bottom of the peppers before adding rice etc... Will certainly add this to my "must make meals". Next time I will try in a crock pot while I'm at work. Thanks for the recipe! Yummy!
