Stir-Fry Spinach Salad
I was very impressed at how tasty the salad was!!! I'm usually one to one try recipes that have a lot of ratings, but this one looked good enough to venture out of my norm. I too added 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of apple cider vindegar. This recipes will definitely be a part of my routine dinner menu!

Baked Ziti I
I too used sausage instead of beef, Italian shredded cheese instead of provolone and added another 1/2 cup of sour cream. DELICIOUS!!!

Amaretto Cake
very moist! Next time I will not add all of the amaretto, it was so moist to the point of soggy!
