Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins
These muffins are very good...for being healthy muffins. I really liked them, but my three-year-old did not.

Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were awesome! Some of the best I've ever had. Very rich and buttery. I found that the cooking temp/time didn't work for my oven, but they baked perfectly at 325 for 10 minutes.

Classic Bran Muffins
These were great! I added golden raisins and dried cranberries, and I substituted applesauce for the oil. My husband and two-year-old both gobbled them up!
