Outstanding glaze, I used the same mixture on pork chops. Delicious! Add some crushed cloves and a pinch of cinnamon for more of an autumn taste.

I suggest using panko breadcrumbs in lieu of the regular "western" version. Otherwise, this is an easy and quick dinner recipe.
