Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
This was great! I made it with strawberry jam and used vanilla extract instead of almond since that was what I had on hand.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II
This was great!!! I added a little chili powder and cumin to the dressing, and diced colby jack cheese and avocado to the salad. Also I think a couple of cups of cooked rice or barley would be great and make it into more of a main dish.
