Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

I just recently tried roasting garlic -- 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes -- and I feel like the 40 year-old virgin: Why didn't anybody tell me about this stuff before?
Good with potatoes. Good with any meat. Good with flash-fried French-cut green beans. Good with beer.
As I get older things just get better!
