Slow-Cooked Sweet 'n' Sour Pork
While my kids found this meal to be "OK" I thought that it was awfully bland. And nothing I did would thicken the juices. Would not make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
One of my favorite finds on Allrecipes.com. Great slow cooker fall/winter dish. I use a grilling poultry seasoning over the chicken before covering. Always comes out wonderfully. (looks nothing like the mashed potato pic above.)

Beer Butt Chicken
Definately spray the beer can with some Pam before inserting.
