delicious! definitely better the next day when the flavors all get to know each other better. i added a handful of frozen cut green beans and a can of garbanzo's too just to up the veggie/fiber amount. husband and 3 year old gobbled it up! thank you for sharing.

Chicken Broccoli Ca - Unieng's Style

excellent. added soba noodles to the pot in the last 2 minutes of cooking (made extra sauce) and they were perfect. also added some shredded carrot for a bit more nutrition! highly recommend.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

super delicious. subbed almonds for the pecans- chocolate and almonds are a favorite flavor combo in my family, and applesauce for the oil. also used old fashioned oats- those are all i buy and they can be interchanged with quick cooking oats in any recipe. excellent results. highly recommend this muffin! also, i noticed that a couple people complained that they didn't rise very well. the problem is your baking powder. it is expired. toss it and buy a new can.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

this soup is out of this world!!!!!!!!! i didn't use the veggie stock and instead went with all chicken cause that's what i had. absolutely delicious. thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

very good waffles. i upped both the cinnamon and sugar to a tsp and next time will increase the sugar to 2 tsp, maybe even a tblsp a we like our waffles a bit sweeter.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti

absolutely delicious. i followed the recipe and they came out perfectly. i did take the liberty of only forming one log because i wanted a bigger biscotti and it worked just fine. had to bake them a bit longer the second time but that's not a problem for such a great end result! will make these again and again. thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!!

Tortillas II

really good. rolling is alot of work i think it is worth it. my husband is a corn tortilla guy but said these are his favorites now and my daughter, who is 3, took a bite and said 'Mom, it's good.' works for me. subbed butter flavored crisco for plain cause that is what i had. did everything else by the book. yum.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

these rolls are fabulous! i halved the recipe but will not make the same mistake twice. i brushed them with egg white and water before baking and threw ice cubes into the oven twice. only baked them for 12 minutes and they were perfect.
