Turkey Brine
I made this for our family for Christmas dinner. Everyone who ate this turkey was amazed, and said it was the best turkey they ever had! It was flavorful and very moist. The leftovers were still very moist a few days later!! I will definitely make this again; I don’t think I would roast a turkey any other way now!! I did find the gravy a bit on the salty side, but put a raw potato in to soak up the extra salt, and it was fine.

Curried Red Snapper
I don't usually care for fish, but this was excellent. I will make this one again for sure!

Alex's Raw Chocolate Pudding
This is a great guilt free pudding and it's super healthy! I followed the recipe exactly, turned out excellent. I have made this pudding quite a few times and shared it with friends, who make it often as well. It's a keeper!!!
