Amazing Calavacita and Pork
I've been making this dish for years, but with a few adjustments. I use pork chops with the bone and cut into cubes. I cut around the bone and add to the dish for flavor, fry the zucchini a little with the chops, so it is not so mushy. I do not use worchestershire, I use garlic salt, 8 oz of tomato sauce and a tomato flavored bouillion cube. Try with these adjustments and I hope you will be much happier, this really is a great dish and a great way for the little ones to eat zucchini too.

Albondigas Soup I
The taste of this soup was great, however I was not able to make the meatballs stick at all. I wanted to use the suggestion of rolling out like a snake...it was not happening. I then added another beaten egg and more corn meal, again not happening...any suggestions? I did use a lb sausage and added 1/2 cup brown rice to the meatballs and 1/2 cup to the soup with diced carrots and celery. Again the taste was great, but presentation not so much. Help, I would love to make this again.

Baked Spaghetti
This was my first recipe that I've tried and it was great. I did, however follow others suggestions and placed 2 jars of sauce and used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I also used whole wheat spaghetti and again, it was great. Thank you.
