Country Cinnamon Swirl Bread
This is a good basic recipe. I made it exactly as it called for, and it was tasty. However, I don't care for the dry cinnamon layers. I think next time I will add melted butter with the cinnamon sugar and see if that helps.

Honey Oat Beer Bread
Fantastic. I've made lots of different beer breads but this is by far the best. FWIW I used a lite beer ("lite" = not worth drinking) and got a nice honey oat flavor in this one. Thanks!

Crunchy Apple Muffins
Really, really fantastic. Looking at the batter I was sure I'd done something wrong -- it was so dense! But they fluffed up and tasted awesome!
