Minestrone Soup I
Delicious! I've made this soup twice now and have yet to be disappointed. I haven't used cabbage either time (partially because we didn't have any and partially because our family isn't too crazy about it). We added zucchini the first time and green beans from the garden the second time and both were fabulous additions! A great, filling soup that is great for a cool day :)

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
These were some of the best sugar cookies I've ever made! We didn't have any shortening on hand so we just substituted it for more butter. Thanks for the great recipe!
