I love this recipe! I've been using it for several years and just realized I never reviewed it. I make it almost exactly as the recipe states, except I double the garlic. It's the perfect consistency for dipping, and every time I serve it everyone asks me where I got it. Delicious! Thank you so much!

This was only okay. I'm actually surprised that it has a five star rating, to be honest. I followed the recipe exactly, and my family thought the apple cider vinegar was really overpowering. The dill was really strong, as well. I would not make this again. Sorry to be harsh.

This is the best tuna salad we've ever had! We've been buying tuna salad from delis for years, and this is truly better than anything we've ever bought fresh from the deli. I only had fresh parsley on hand, so I didn't use any parsley. I halved the curry and put in an extra pinch of garlic powder according to our tastes. I also skipped the Parmesan cheese because my husband doesn't like it. The mayo was just the right amount for us, I thought. It was moist yet not wet. I did a really good job draining the tuna first, though. That may account for the problems. So good! A really excellent recipe. I never would have thought to add the curry.
