I am the proud Mom of a 17 yr. old son. He keeps me searching for new ways to put dinner on the table. He is very busy and I have to make alot of slow cook or easy to reheat(taste good) meals. My husband is very easy to please, thank goodness he usually eats what ever I serve. I love deserts and casseroles. I like to modify recipes to make them low in sugar and I love to zip up the flavor Cheesecake Flan. Black beans from scratch. Every time I soak black beans overnight or even the quick cook, they never get soft. I have ruined many a pot of black beans.
