My favorite things to cook
I enjoy baking breads, cakes, and cookies. Casseroles and slow cooked meals are staples in my menus because I leave for work at 5:30 a.m. and get home at 6:00 or later every evening. I have to rely on quick recipes during the week and save my baking etc. for the week-end.
