Brunch Enchiladas
EXCELLENT!! Everyone loved this recipe. I used a mixture of ham and turkey because that is what I had on hand. I will make this again!

Carrot Cake III
VERY GOOD! My whole family loved it! I followed the recipe exactly for the cake. I only used 3 cups of powdered sugar in the icing and it was wonderful!It is definately a keeper!
