Cheesy Chicken Meatballs
This recipe was pretty good. I substituted shredded cheddar cheese for the parmesan cheese and added some green onion that I was looking to get rid of. They weren't the best, but there weren't any left either, so I think it's safe to say everyone enjoyed them.

Amatriciana
This recipe was very good, and a very nice change from the usual pasta. I made it exactly as the recipe called for and it turned out perfectly. It definitely has a more subtle flavor, so some people may want to spice it up however they see fit. Next time, I may try adding some sun-dried tomatoes.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This recipe was perfect! I shared it with my roommate and he loved it. Besides adding some frozen white corn and sliced carrots, I did not alter this recipe at all.
