Spinach Brownies
Big hit at my house! Followed other suggestions and used frozen spinach. Sauteed onions and 2-3 cloves minced garlic, then added spinach. Added italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cut down the moz cheese by 1/3 and replaced it with fetta. only used about 3-4 T butter altogether. Came out great, but remember to grease your pan!
