Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This pizza crust recipe is AMAZING! It's a no fail crust that always turns out great. I've had to make a couple alterations the first few times I made it due to time constraints and surprisingly it was still delicious and a huge hit with the family. When it's made following the recipe exactly though, it cannot be beat! It's so soft and fluffy on the inside but light and crispy on the outside. It even makes delicious leftovers! Thank y so much for sharing this recipe. We make pizza once a week instead of buying now that I've found this awesome recipe!

Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I will never make a different kind of cookie ever again. Beware that these cookies are kryptonite if you're trying to watch what you eat because once you start you can't stop! They are so soft and wonderful the three different kinds of chips make these cookies unique and so delectable. Instead of using the different nuts the recipe calls for I used macademia nuts instead, just a personal preference. I don't see how this recipe can go wrong though. I got so so so many rave reviews for them and people saying "you HAVE to get me that recipe, those cookies were amazing!" I made them for a party and a little 8 year old boy stood by the table and ate half of them and would yell every once in awhile and say "These cookies are SO GOOD!" They are loved by people of all ages. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe! I don't think I will ever make a different cookie recipe again, this is the one!

Blue Ribbon White Bread
I have searched far and wide for the perfect homemade white bread loaf. Finally, I've found it! It's light and fluffy but soft and it just melts in your mouth! I followed the recipe exactly and would not change a thing about it! The dough is quite sticky when all the ingredients are first mixed so I put a little butter on my hands to keep the dough from sticking while I was kneading it. It then became very elastic and smooth. I also didn't bake it for as long as it calls for. It was a perfect golden brown and baked all the way through within 30 minutes in my oven, but I know all ovens are not the same. It got rave reviews from all my guests and my 1 year old just about attacked me after I fed him the first bite because he wanted more, fast! Everyone asked for the recipe and it was a delectable success. Thank you so much for sharing. I can't wait to make some melt in your mouth cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls with this recipe. I will definitely make this bread over and over again for many years to come.
