Delicious!! I made a penne pasta with my new pasta maker and itturned out way better than when i used the one on the box. This recipe is a keeper. Note : When shaping pasta put extra flour on the dough so that it doesn't stick together.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Delicious. I used about 4 cups of zucchini, 1 cup of brown sugar for white, extra cinnamon, and a 1/2 t of all spice. It was so good. I was all out of oil so I used half apple sauce half butter. I really think it added more moisture. THis is definitely my favorite recipe for zucchini bread!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

IT was a really good cookie. It stayed moist for days. These are the things I did to change the recipe. 1. I substituted 1 cup of white sugar for brown. 2. I used 1/2 cup of shortening and a 1/2 of softened butter. 3. I also did half semi-sweet and half white chocolate chunks. It was awesome. Although I think I should have sifted the dry ingredients because there was chunks of cocoa powder in the cookie.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

WOW. I just made these using everything just as the recipe followed. I made them a little bigger, so it took probably 9-10 minutes for the cookies to cook. I took them out when the edges started to firm up so that when I poked it the while edge moved, nit judge the spot I touched. My family loves. It made about 22 cookies. One of the easiest cleaning and baking dessert. I made it for a quick night for a little get together and everyone loved it!!!

Cinnamon Ice Cream

The ice-cream was wonderful!!! I didn't have half-half so I used 3/4 c of skim milk and 3/4 c of heavy cream. It was awesome. It tastes like an apple pie!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

It was perfect. 5 stars. I cut down about a 1/2 tbs. of butter. But I didn't have time for it to chill, so I stuck it in the freezer for an hour and a half and it was perfect. I blended up a blackberry sauce in the food processor with vanilla and sugar.I also added some thawed fruit to the blackberries and it was delicious. It was the best cake EVER.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

It was great. I had to use Hershey's bar milk chocolate, for I didn't have milk chocolate chips. It called for 2 cups, so that is 16 oz and each bar is 1.5 oz. So I used 10.5 bars. I only had nine. So I used a 1/4 of semisweet and added a little sugar. It was PERFECT! I loved it.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

AWESOME. I had to add about a 1/2 cup more flour to it. And I refrigerated the batter that had to sit out while the others baked. I love this recipe. I have made it 4xs already.

Blackberry Pie I

This was my first time making a blackberry pie, everyone loved it. They demolished it before a famous apple pie. I did follow the recipe exactly, but when I mixed the fresh berries and sugar mixture, the mixture had a layer at the bottom, not absorbed by the berries, so I added some frozen blueberries and it was AWESOME.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Awesome. I am eating them right now. They never got hard and stale. They remind me of Labou's cookies. They are the best chocolate chip cookies I have every had!!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I added many of the suggestions the readers said, but I only had to use 8 apples. I also brushes the crust on the bottom with egg whites. I am making it tonight again. It was the best.

Banana Banana Bread

Very good recipe but I doubled the amount of bananas.Instead of two bananas I put four in. It made it so moist and soft I almost ate the whole loaf of banana bread.
