Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Super cake-like and dense! I subsituted one cup of brown sugar for white and added more cinnamon. Frosting: I added a half cup of cream cheese to some milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. It was AMAZING! It made a thicker, spreadable glaze/frosting that went perfect with the warm taste of the cinnamon pumpkin cookie!
