Lamb Tagine
Delicious! Do let it marinate for the full time and simmer for a while--it was pretty delicious when I marinated for 3 hours and simmered for 2, but much better when marinated for 15 hours and simmered for 4!

Also rub some nearly-dried chocolate around the edges of the cap to look like dirt!

Panna Cotta
Perfect, and seems to be a somewhat forgiving recipe. I had to use a kettle to warm the bottom of the muffin tin. Served with honey and almonds drizzled over it, next to a big pile of fruit. A very talkative table had a moment of silence to eat it!
