Panna Cotta
Perfect, and seems to be a somewhat forgiving recipe. I had to use a kettle to warm the bottom of the muffin tin. Served with honey and almonds drizzled over it, next to a big pile of fruit. A very talkative table had a moment of silence to eat it!
