Corned Beef and Cabbage I
You can't go wrong with a corned beef as long as you cook it slow and use plenty of liquid. Use what you like, I use extra peppercorns and bay leaves along with the spice packet, broth, beer and water in the crock pot. It cooks all day and falls apart! I use extra liquid, then strain it into a pot on the stove for the potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Its WONderful!

Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad
This salad went from great to KILLER with the addition of the following: 2 chopped eggs, 3 green onion tops, 1 pkg frozen peas-cooked, 4 tsp dijon and 2 tsp yellow mustard. I used Paul Newmans Original Italian (the best) and mixed all the dressings together before blending with the dry ingredients. The pasta I used was Barilla Piccolini, but any light thin pasta will do great.

Quick Tuna Salad
This is perfect - I always get something wrong when I do Tuna, these proportions are just right. Do try 1/2 Tblsp Dijon, and 1 Tblsp diced onion, 1 egg, and any spices you like - enjoy!
