Im a momma of two crazy lil boys im a wife of 3 years I've been cooking since i was a lil kid cause I never wanted to be a lousy cook for the day I decided to get married and have kids I wanted to already be able to cook.
My favorite things to cook
Anything I love to cook new things my friends and family like my macaronie salad I learned how to make from my Grandma I learned southern fryed chicken from my uncle who is actually a professional cook.

When everyone gets together diring the hoilday to cook all different kinds of food.
My cooking triumphs
chicken and dumplings took me a lil bit to get everything tasteing good but when i did everyone loved it even if I dont really care for chicken and dumplings lol.
My cooking tragedies
i cooked my son's first birthday cake and I tryed to get the cake out of the pan too early and it fell apart I had to put it back together with frosting.

Poor Man's Hamburger Steaks
its really good but i used a pack of 35 cent brown gravy cause my husband dont like mushroom soup/ mushrooms at all. i also mixed some A1 sause into the meat with the seasoning before i cooked it
