This is pretty good. You can use any veggies you have on hand, we added peas and green onions and omitted a few veggies we didn't have at the moment. We served it on rice with chicken, and it was fabulous!

Dairy Free Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake

Very good... too bad it isn't gluten free as well. Good thing I made it before my sister and brother were gluten free, just dairy free. But I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is just dairy free. One change: We don't like soy milk, so we substituted with vanilla rice milk. It was still good!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

This recipe is a lifesaver! It has gotten me out of a few quick-I-need-a-recipe predicaments. They are the quickest, easiest cookies I have ever made. A bonus: they taste good too!

Quick and Easy Brownies

These actually taste like real brownies! I made butter cream frosting mixed with 2oz. of grated, melted, unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. mini marshmallows melted, and mini chocolate chips. It was so good! I also made them in a 9x9 pan, for we had few people. Excellent!!

Zucchini Bread VI

When we made this we changed a lot of things. First of all, we used part whole wheat flour. And then we found out that we didn't have lemon extract, so we used coconut. We also used applesause instead of oil. And to finish it off, we added almonds and dried coconut to the batter. It was exceptionally good. I hope this is helpful!

Beat and Bake Orange Cake

This cake turned out to be very dry. We served it with homemade whipped cream and it was a little bit better. Also, It really did not have a great orange flavor. I suggest using a little more orange juice.

Death by Chocolate

This was a hit! I made this with my cousin for my birthday party and everybody who tried it loved it. We used dark chocolate cake instead of german, and we sprinkled cinnimon on the top. We bought pre-crushed Heath bars and it was still perfect. Any kind of cake would work well with this recipe.
