Fruit Pizza I

I made these for my son Preschool class and they didn't like them so much. I thought they were great. I made them in muffin tins. But becarefull you do not add to much cookie dough in as it rises.

Pistachio Crusted Chicken

This was so good I didn't have the right kind of mustard so I used regular mustad and it turned out fine I also added a bit of garlic to the mustard/oil mix.

Mini Cheesecakes III

These are great. I made mini two bite size. I also put some chocolate chips in a few of them and a raspberry to see how they would turn out and they are great. They are going to be on the christmas baking tray.

Deer Meat

We didn't like this at all. The sauce was to think and just not right for deer. I took the meat out, rised it and fried it with onions.

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

WE liked it very much, both wished there was more of it, I took other peoples advice and used 2/3 c of white wine, I also used onions and instead of the roasted red peppers I added some red peppers with the mushrooms and onions.
