Delicious 'Mess" or Chicken Melt with Mashed Potatoes

This is what comfort food is all about! Use up left over mased potatoes! I even have made potatoes, just so I have left overs for this recipee. The whole family loves it!

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

The mousse is so easy, the pie was great. My husband likes the mousse just by itself in a bowl with a spoon! Yummy and so easy! I have been looking for a good mousse recipee without raw egg! Thank you!
