I am 25 years old and recently got married. I have always enjoyed cooking but joined this website to get some new ideas... I love spanish food, soups and desserts. The most traditional dish in my family is fried chicken. All the women in my family have a recipe that would make anybody's mouth water. I cooked a whole goat on the grill, 7 different spanish tapas and some other basic BBQ favorites for a party of 35 people. Not bad, eh? :) I made pork chops for Easter and left them in the oven to keep them warm. They were terrible...dry doesn't even describe how overdone they were.
