Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

After reading some of the reviews, I tried the recipe (now twice) using 1/2 the butter and sugar. My 1 yr old loves it along with the rest of my family. I rated 4 stars because I modified the recipe.

Peach Cobbler VI

I used the suggestion of CinnomanWitch of using the juice instead of the milk and added 1/4 c of flour to the batter. Everyone enjoyed! Thanks for a great recipe.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Excellent! My family thoroughly enjoyed. My only changes were 1 T of minced garlic with the carrots and olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Thanks for a great recipe.

Overall, I liked the recipe. My cake turned out to be good and moist. Everyone enjoyed and commented on how moist it was. I do agree (with other reviews) the cocoa should be doubled. To get a deep red color, I used 1/4 t of Christmas red icing gel. I also added 1/8 c of beet juice.
