Mashed Potato Casserole
This had a good taste, but the consistency was like eating wallpaper paste!!!! I tried to add more milk but just didn't work for me. Might be better with real mashed potatoes, but will not use again.

Cabbage Beef Soup
This was very good, very much like chili with cabbage. Instead of water, I added two cans of beef broth, also diced tomatoes and a pinch of chili powder. It indeed makes a large batch but great for leftovers.

Tasty Tender Pork Tenderloin
Very good. I used a small pork roast because it was on sale! Cooked a little longer because of that but was excellent. I did substitute 1/4 cup of maple syrup instead of honey.
