Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

This was great! My husband went back for a total of 3 helpings. I changed a few things... I added chicken sausage, spinach and zuchinni and used whole wheat pasta. I also used canned italian styled tomatoes (diced) and a jar of marinated artichokes. I used juice from the both the tomatoes and artichokes to make a sauce (to my liking)and added a touch of ff half and half to make it creamier. WOW!!!

Fabulous Oatmeal-Bran Cake

This recipe is so nice for a healthy treat. I look forward to having a muffin with coffee in the morning completely guilt free!! I substituted shortning for low fat sour cream with a tablespoon of canola oil, added a teaspoon of vanilla and substituted regular sugar with splenda blend brown and white sugar.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

This is an amazing dish. I love spicy and this was just a bit too spicy for me. I will use 1 tablespoon of hot sauce next time. I steamed some frozen stir fry veggies, added it to the chicken mix and put it all over brown rice. I will make this again for sure!
