Good recipe...but I wouldn't say that it was anything extraordinary. The dough was indeed very sticky...more like a batter than dough.

Clothespin Cookies II

Time consuming, yes...but worth it. I found the filling was a little runny (probably something on my part) so I added about a half a cup of cream cheese (I got it to the consistency I liked...). YUMMY! I also added food coloring to the filling in honor of the holiday season!

Apple Bread

I've made this 4 times in the past week! I LOVE IT! I did have to add just enough water when adding the flour to the apple mixture to mix everything together. Other than that modification, the recipe is perfect!

Baked Rice and Vegetables in Broth

Nope...won't make it again. After reading the reviews, I stuck with one kind of rice. It was still too hard though and I ended up adding cream of chicken soup to give it some more...more of whatever it was missing.

Tilapia with Tomatoes, Black Olives and Corn

Light on the stomach and overall pretty good. I omitted the olives and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. I also added basil & oregano (it was a little bland).
