About this Cook
I'm a single girl learning how to cook so I can bless those around me with food. It's a good skill to have along with crocheting which I'm also learning slowly right to prepare myself when I get married. keke Those of you who are married, boy are you lucky. I'm very artistic and creative so I like all things from singing, dancing, to drawing. I like swimming and ping pong too.
My favorite things to cook
Classic American foods and desserts. I grew up eating Chinese food so american food to me is a delicacy.
My cooking triumphs
I'm able to make cheesecake that tastes just like Cheesecake Factory's cheesecake which is my favorite dessert. I can roast a chicken, make meatloaf (to me that's a success^_^), and make several pasta dishes. I can also make egg custards that taste just like the ones in the bakery. I am also a professional cookie designer.

Madeleines II
These came out close to perfect. Luckily I listened to the advice of other reviewers and greased my pans well with shortening so they came out fairly easily. The taste was ok, they tasted like any other ordinary cake. I had wanted them to taste more dense and a little more buttery like the ones in starbucks. There were also many air bubbles as shown on the outside of the cakes. Aside from these quibs they were alright.

Caramel-Glazed Flan
I only had regular condensed milk and it still came out good. Very good flan overall.

Tiramisu II
Very creamy and delicious tiramisu. I used the mascarpone substitute recipe from this site and it still came out good. Like the other reviewers suggested, you definitely need at least 1/2 cup of coffee. I omitted the rum and it still came out good.
